MSc in Archaeological Science


The program is addressed to:

holders of BA in archaeology, humanities and classics wishing to learn how to apply science-based approaches to the study of archaeological evidence, including the environment and the material culture of the past

holders of BA or BSc in science, such as geology, physics, chemistry, biology, materials science, and conservation of antiquities and works of art, wishing to learn archaeological research issues and questions, which can be approached through scientific methods of analysis.

The maximum number of students accepted each year is 20.
