MSc in Archaeological Science
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Within equal opportunities policies, applications will be assessed in the light of the following criteria:
- The BA degree in archaeology, classics or relevant subjects, or a BSc in geosciences or relevant subjects, preferably upper-second (B+), followed by a full transcript of records. All documents must be officially translated in English and validated by an appropriate authority.
- The academic, research and professional achievements of the candidates according to their CVs
- Two academic references providing assessments of the applicant’s academic achievement and ability for graduate study and research.
- The Personal Statement (max. 1000 words) by the applicant outlining academic achievements and ambitions.
- The performance in the online interview
- If English is not the applicant’s first language, proficiency must be demonstrated by means of an internationally recognised test, with the following results:
► ITOEFL: Overall score of 88 or above, with at least 17 in Listening, 17 in Writing, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking.
► IELTS: Overall score of 6.5 or above, with at least 5.5 in each component.
► CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages): at least Level B2
