MSc in Archaeological Science

MODULE GRADING

Module's final grade is calculated by the instructor on the basis of each student’s performance in all module requirements (e.g. mid-term and final exams, short and extended essays or other practical assignments). The grading policy as well as the calculation method for the final grade is announced by the instructor at the beginning of each semester and is an essential part of the syllabus. The final grades are expressed in numbers from one (1) to ten (10), to one decimal point. A grade greater or equal to five (5) is required for successful completion of the module.

Students who fail to pass one or more modules after the completion of the second semester (31/8), are required to register and follow the module again in the next academic year.
